用開放式問題讓面試官舉例，作者也舉了幾個問題給大家參考（請看全文），
• 舉一例：What’s an example of conflict at the company around strategy or direction? What led to the conflict? How was it resolved?
作者建議：盡量問follow-up的問題，讓面試官把例子具體化，盡量讓他脫離那個假面具秀出真正的自己。如果面試官覺得尷尬與逃避問題，那你應該知道意思了。

為這個公司對於價值的說明打分數。

在我們的文化當中，
心裡就覺得好像被面試的人是一個『被挑選的人』，
可能是因為我們普遍對自己不夠有自信，
也可能是因為我們很想要那個工作。
但是如果不是真正的瞭解，怎麼知道自己不夠符合資格？
但是如果不是真正的瞭解，怎麼知道自己是不是真的很想要呢？
所以『了解』才是最重要的工作，
面試的同時也是，
面試官在了解我們，
在此同時，我們也在了解面試官、了解這個公司，
曾經有幾次我只是因為很開心對方答應了我的薪資要求而忽略了『了解』這個重要環節，
往往都沒有什麼好下場…
最後不只讓浪費了生命，也破滅了幻想。
不如在一開始的時候先充分了解，
反而『自信與探究核心的根本』會讓面試官更印象深刻。
